Tracy Gordon, Executive Director

Culver has been a special part of my life for most of my life. My family’s connection to the community began in 1988, when my parents purchased a home in Culver. From that point on, my family spent every summer here, creating memories and becoming part of the community that I have loved ever since.

As a young adult, I had the opportunity to work in several local businesses and organizations, including Park N Shop and Culver Cove. I also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor at Culver Park, which gave me the opportunity to work with local families and visitors while enjoying one of the things that makes Culver so special—Lake Maxinkuckee and our beautiful park.

In 2012, my husband and I made the decision to make Culver our permanent home, bringing our two children with us. What started as a summer destination became the place where we chose to raise our family and build our lives.

My lifelong connection to Culver has given me a unique appreciation for this community. Today, I am proud to be involved in promoting Culver, supporting local businesses, sharing our community’s events and attractions, and helping visitors discover everything Culver has to offer. I am grateful to have the opportunity to give back to the community that has been such an important part of my life for so many years.
